How to Place an Order
- Click on "Shop" on the left side of the page
- Click on "Fragrance Products" (or "Gift Certificates" if one is desired)
- Enter the fragrance name, or some part of the name in the search box if not sure of the subcategory, and click "Go" or ...
- Select a subcategory (such as Men's Fragrances) on the Fragrance Products page and find the fragrance desired
- Click on the product, enter quantity, choose size and click on "Add To Cart"
- When product selections are completed, click on "View Cart" link on the left side of this page.
- Follow the instructions to complete checkout
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit/debit cards. We accept PayPal payments.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via standard shipping and are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most standard orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the order's ship date. We do not ship items over the weekend.
Returns
If a mistake occurs due to our packing error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may reship or arrange for return shipping. Please note all sales are final except when the mistake is ours. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Freight Damage
Claims of freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee that all products leave our facility packed safely.
